Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

Plugs/Eyelets: All of our eyelets will arrive in a sealed plastic baggie. You must inspect the eyelets BEFORE you open the baggie to make sure they are free of defects. If you received a defective product, we will exchange the unopened items for the same product within 30 days of receipt of the original item. You must contact us for a return authorization before sending the products back. WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON OPENED EYELETS. This is for the good of everybody. You wouldn’t want to receive someone’s previously worn eyelets, would you?

Your satisfaction is a priority to us. If you got the wrong size, color, or if you just don’t like the eyelets, we will accept returns of UNOPENED eyelets for a full refund within 30 days of receipt. Again, we cannot accept returns on opened eyelets. Simply contact us for a return authorization to begin the return process.

All custom orders are final sale.

Other (non-piercing) jewelry: If you are unsatisfied with your jewelry, you can return it (must be unworn) for a full refund within 30 days of receipt of the item. Simply contact us for a return authorization to begin the return process.

You can also make a return by logging in to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

A Note About Order Processing Times

Starting June 22nd until August 1st 2012, order processing times will be longer than normal, in some cases up to 5 business days. This is a small business, owned and operated by one person, Josselyn, and I am expecting my second child at the end of June. If you need an item faster, please use the contact page to get in touch, and I will try to accomodate your needs. Your satisfaction is a top priority. Thank you for your patience during this transition. 

 

Shipping

Currently, we only ship to the United States and outlying territories. If you reside outside the US and would like to place an order, please email us and we will try to accomodate you.

We try to ship most items within 24-48 hours. Our processing depends in part on how quickly the credit transaction gets completed. Your secure transaction usually takes 24 hours to settle. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.  If you need an item faster, please contact us.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
