Futuristic Jewelry with a medieval soul for the modern warrior

FAQ's

When will my order ship?

In stock items will ship within 2-3 days. All other items, with the exception of custom pieces, will ship within 3 weeks. There is no way to expedite this process as this time frame depends on my trusted 3D print provider. This does not include actual ship transit time. Transit time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. I ship almost anywhere, with a few exceptions. I use USPS International Priority for international shipments. If you would like to use another carrier, please contact me at josselyn@falkorajewelry.com The recipient is solely responsible for paying any import duty or customs fees at the time of delivery.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

At this time, you only have to pay sales tax if you live in the state of Pennsylvania. All other states are not charged sales tax at the time of purchase, but you may be responsible for paying Use tax for items purchased on the internet with your annual income tax return.

My order is a gift, will the package include pricing information?

Not to worry, I don’t include any pricing or invoices in the package.

Will bronze rings turn my finger green?

Possibly. Bronze is an alloy of copper, tin, and aluminum or zinc. The copper in the bronze can react to the acids or sweat on your skin and cause a green-blue discoloration of your skin. Some people have more acidic skin than others, so the effect might be more pronounced. Not to worry! The greenish copper salt deposits are not harmful at all, and don’t have to prevent you from wearing your bronze jewelry. I find that just washing my hands--while wearing the jewelry--will immediately cut down on the discoloration. If it is very bothersome you can paint some clear nail polish on your bronze jewelry where it comes into contact with your skin and that will form a protective barrier. You will have to reapply it periodically.

What is your return policy?

If you are not 100% happy with your jewelry for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of receiving the shipment. You must get a return authorization before returning your item. Please email josselyn@falkorajewelry.com to get a return authorization.

Jewelry must be in new, unworn condition in order to be eligible for a full refund, minus the cost of shipping.

The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. I cannot be responsible for items lost in the mail as you ship them back to me. I recommend that you use a tracking number and signature confirmation.

The cost of taxes or duty will not be refunded.

Returns of body jewelry

Body jewelry cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Do you do exchanges?

I will issue a store gift card for the value of goods if you intend to purchase a different item from my store. The item to be exchanged must be returned and inspected first, before the gift card is issued. The buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Do you do custom designs?

Yes! I would love to work with you to realize that special piece that you’ve been dreaming of. Please send an email to josselyn@falkorajewelry.com and I’d be delighted to discuss your project.

What does your logo mean?

I wish I could answer this quickly because people ask me all the time! The short answer is that it has to do with sacred geometry and self-love. For the full explanation, Check out my blog post on it.

Where did you come up with the name Falkora?

When I started my business in 2010 it looked very different than it does today. I started out re-selling costume jewelry and body jewelry. Little did I know that I would fall in love with the jewelry industry and years later attend one of the industry's most prestigious institutions, the Gemological Institute of America, for jewelry design. So in those early days I was trying to come up with an original name and my mind went to one of my favorite fantasy movies from childhood, The NeverEnding Story. My favorite character in the movie is a luck dragon by the name of Falkor. Add an “a” and Falkora was born! It’s a cool and unique name and hopefully, a little bit of Falkor’s luck will grace my business.
